About My Fitness Journey!
I have been serious about my fitness journey consistently since may of 2021. Aside from that, I greatly enjoy modeling, writing, learning and encouraging others!
On my journey I’ve dealt with not taking care of my personal health and not respecting my time, bad eating habits, staying up too late, not stretching, and inconsistency with the gym. I’ve struggled spiritually as well, and have felt deeply convicted in many instances.
These are just a few trials that I have been through and I’m here to let you know that you are definitely not the only one who doesn’t have their “Life together” or their things in order. I’m also here to encourage you to keep going, be persistent and never give up!
